Orders

Your order automatically begins processing as soon as it’s submitted. So we cannot make changes, corrections, and/or cancellations. No replacements or refunds can be made on orders submitted with incorrect personal and shipping information. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure all information is correct.If the apartment/suite number is not included or a bad postal code is provided, and reshipping is required, there will be a re-shipping charge equal to the original shipping charge added to the customer’s account. There will be a 25% restocking fee for electronic devices, if returned unaccepted due to bad address. Shalom Media Store holds complete discretion on making decision on such occasions.

Shipping And Handling

Shipment time for each order varies according to the products chosen. Average shipping time is specified with each product. The shipping time is subject to changes, and may exceed the specified time frame. Orders are shipped via the selected shipping mode, but the provider hold complete authority to change the mode in case of emergency. However, no excess charge will be levied in such cases.

Occasionally, we may run short of an item ordered. We will ship that item of your order when available and notify you of the backordered item.

Return Policy

Products will not be exchanged or refunded except for damaged or defective products at the time of arrival. Damage issues must be informed to the seller within 7 days of receipt of product and the customer will have to send back the products, after getting approval from us via e-mail. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
